Terms and Conditions for Orders and Contracts

Please find below Clackmannanshire Council's Terms and Conditions that apply to all orders and contracts as a minimum requirement.

Reference MUST be made to the availability of the Terms and Conditions of purchase on ALL Purchase Orders. If you have a request for these please find the documents below for printing.

There are four types available for use:

  1. Purchase of Goods
  2. Purchase of Services
  3. Purchase of Consultancy Services
  4. Supply of goods (framework Agreements)

The Terms and Conditions can be accessed from the Publications and documents section below.

Additional contract specific Terms and Conditions may be required and will be supplied with any contract documentation issued.

ALL purchases are conditional on acceptance of these terms and conditions by the Supplier. If the Supplier does not wish to accept these terms and conditions, then the Supplier should not accept the order, and should inform the buyer immediately.
