New Council Appointments
A meeting of Clackmannanshire Council held today following the local government election, agreed a number of new political appointments.
The SNP now forms the minority political Administration with the following appointments having been made:
- Provost - Cllr Tina Murphy
- Depute Provost - Cllr Donald Balsillie
- Council Leader - Cllr Les Sharp
- Depute Council Leader - Cllr Archie Drummond
- Chair of Audit & Finance Committee - Cllr Archie Drummond
- Chair of Regulatory Committee - Cllr Graham Lindsay
- Chair Scrutiny Committee - Cllr Dave Clark
