Following a review to improve the service, from Monday 16th November 2015 all of the services currently provided from the Council's office at 8-10 Bank Street, Alloa will be provided from the Home@Clacks office located at Kilncraigs, Alloa.
The Bank Street office will be closed from 4.30pm on Friday 13th November and there will be no Council staff present, or services delivered from this office from this date.
From Monday 16th November, if you have an enquiry regarding:
- The Scottish Welfare Fund
- Council Tax
- Rent arrears
- Housing Benefit & Council Tax Reduction
- Sundry Debt
- Non-Domestic Rates
