Clackmannanshire Council services continue to move to Kilncraigs.

Housing, revenues and customer services staff moved to Kilncraigs earlier this month.
And now social services are relocating to the new headquarters building.

Child Care will move from Lime Tree House on 28th and 31st March and Adult Care will move from Clackmannanshire Community Health Centre on 28th March.

Child Care will continue to provide a skeleton service at Lime Tree House on 28th and 31st March and expect to be up and running fully at Kilncraigs from 1st April.

Adult Care will provide an emergency service only on 28th March and the service will be back up and running on 31st March at Kilncraigs.

Week beginning Monday 31st March will also see the opening of our new main reception area at Kilncraigs where all face-to-face inquiries will be dealt with.

Councillors will be moving in the spring. Keep an eye on ClacksWeb to find out when Council and committee meetings will be held at their new location at Kilncraigs. This redevelopment is making use of the 1936 Kilncraigs building and Paton's School.

Council Leader Gary Womersley said: "These moves are part of a wider change programme for Clackmannanshire Council, delivering savings and efficiencies, improving customer service in the long term and cutting the cost of running three corporate buildings in Alloa, whilst creating a modern, efficient and flexible working environment for our staff. By reducing office space and introducing new and more flexible ways of working for staff we will save in excess of £3m over the life span of the project."

Lime Tree House and Greenfield House have been declared as surplus to requirements and are currently up for sale.
