The Final Round of Judging of the Council's Garden Competition took place on Wednesday 6th August 2003.
The Council would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who entered the Garden Competition. Everyone who entered should be congratulated for their endeavours to maintain their environment and by doing so enhancing the Community for residents and visitors alike.
The Competition judge Dr. Robert Boyde found the gardens very imaginative, full of cascades of colour. He thought the competition showed the passion and pride that people in Clackmannanshire have for their gardens. All the gardens visited were very tidy and neat showing great endeavour and enterprise.
The awards for the Garden Competition will be presented at a Council reception for the winners at the Council Chambers in Greenfield on 11th September 2003.
