The Clackmannanshire Schools Gymnastics Championships took place on Sunday at Alva Academy.
The event was also a qualifying event for the Scottish Schools Final Gymnastics Championships.
This year, 15 Clackmannanshire Primary Schools entered along with all three Clackmannanshire Secondary Schools. Gymnasts competed in teams of between three and five pupils.
The competition was split into two levels, Level 1 was for the less experienced gymnasts, with Level 2 being for the more advanced and experienced gymnasts.
A total of 225 local pupils took part in the event, which was made up of 40 Primary Level 1 teams, seven Primary Level 2 teams, four Secondary Level 1 teams and five Secondary Level 2 teams.
Education, Sport and Leisure Convener, Councillor Ellen Forson said: "This was a fantastic number of teams and gymnasts to enter, with some very spectacular performances. The standard was extremely high. Teams were all matching in leotards and outfits, and working well to support each other."
Councillor Forson attended the event, presented medals and school trophies to the winning teams.
Gymnasts had great support from parents, grandparents, other family members and school staff. Almost 600 spectators attended to support the gymnasts.
