Just Dads and Tasty Bites are just two of the new adult learning courses provided by the Park Community Learning Campus.

Just Dads is a new 'men only' discussion group set up to talk about local and national issues. Tasty Bites organised by the Community Food Worker offers practical help and activities related to food. And for something more relaxing yoga is back by popular demand.

But there's much more. In total sixteen classes are on offer to all residents of the Wee County - and they're all free!

The new programme kicked off at the beginning of January and already 50 - 60 people are attending a range of ten week courses ranging from cookery to walk the walk and yoga to first aid.

Jane Rough, Campus Manager said: "As a result of the community campus local people need look no further than their front door for a range of new and exciting adult learning opportunities. We have provided many adult learning opportunities and set up adult groups since the campus was set up in 1999.

"In the past these courses have been well attended and now with the addition of four new courses we hope more adults will take the opportunity to learn something new at the campus."

Courses take place in Park Primary School, Alloa Family Centre and Tower Nursery. More information on courses is available at www.clacksweb.org.uk
