A Kirkin' of the Council service will be held in Menstrie Parish Church on Sunday 9th October.
Rev. Mairi Lovett is looking forward to welcoming visitors and Elected Members into her church on this special occasion.
The service begins at 11am and will include readings by Council Leader Rev. Sam Ovens and Chief Executive Elaine McPherson. The service will be followed by refreshments in the Church Hall.
There will be a photo opportunity after the service at 12noon at the Church Hall.
The traditional Kirkin' service is a way for the Council to show its dedication and commitment to promoting the welfare of the community.
All councillors are invited to attend the service and the Council workforce and members of the public are also made welcome.
Last year's Kirkin' service was held at St Bernadette's R.C. Church, Tullibody.
