Long serving lollipop lady Alison Glass has retired after 37 years of helping children cross the road.

Staff and pupils from Claremont Primary in Alloa will gather at assembly on Friday 24th September to wish Alison all the best for her retirement. You are invited to send a photographer at 1.30pm.

Alison (70) has helped generations of pupils to cross the road in all weathers and is sadly missed by the pupils.

Claremont Primary Head Teacher Kay Strang said: "Alison is loved by all the children and we are sad to see her go."
