The winners of the annual Gartmorn Dam Water Safety poster competition will receive their prize this week.
Seven pupils from Deerpark Primary School will enjoy a morning with the Countryside Rangers at the dam after designing the winning posters which promote water safety, particularly during the school holidays.
During the morning the pupils will enjoy pond dipping as well as learning some water safety exercises.
The event is on Wednesday 25th June from 10am to noon. You are invited to send a photographer.
