Following the success of the first Writers' Spaces workshop, Clackmannanshire Writer In Residence Tom Murray will host a second workshop at Alloa Library at 7pm on Tuesday 1st July.
Tom said: "The idea behind the initiative is to provide local writers with a quiet space away from all the hurly burly of everyday life, but with support and help should they need it."
The workshop will last two hours, from 7pm to 9pm, and will start with a short writing exercise to stimulate the imagination. Then the writers will be able to find a quiet space to start off that new story, sort out the middle of that poem, or finish off the novel that's been gathering dust for three years. Tom will be on hand to lend a hand should they be needed.
The 'Space' is open to anyone aged over 16.
