Best Value Reviews

Like other councils we have to review our services to make sure that they provide value for money and that they reflect what our customers want. We do this through a rolling programme of Best Value reviews. All review reports include a full set of action and improvement points, agreed by an independent review panel. Progress on the action plans are incorporated into annual and half year service performance reports to the Performance & Audit Committee.
