The refurbished 1904 building pictured above provides a total of c18,000sq ft (1,672sq m) of office space. Flexible office space is currently available. Location

Kilncraigs is ideally situated in Alloa town centre, adjacent to the A907 link road, providing easy access to the main UK Motorway network via the M9. The main cities of Glasgow and Edinburgh are both circa 35 miles. Drive time links to the nearest: Airport within 1 hour; Seaport 20 minutes; Railway Station 15 minutes.

Accessibility has been further enhanced by the re-opening of the Kincardine to Stirling Railway, which has provided a new railway station in Alloa town centre. The new 'Clackmannanshire Bridge' will also improve accessibility when it opens in November 2008.
